The DIY kit comes with everything you need to make a gorgeous balloon garland in the colours of your choice. Sizing of the balloons in this DIY Custom Balloon Garland range from 12cm to 60cm. Each kit contains 60+ Balloons. Fear not all the instructions are included, so no experience is necessary. We do however highly recommend purchasing a balloon pump. Please note; balloons lighten upon inflation.
