We Dispatch Daily Monday to Friday and we dispatch all orders placed before 12pm AEST the same day! (Monday to Friday)
We do advise that allow as much lead time as you can before your event to avoid disappointment. If your order is urgent we recommend utilising the express post service offered.

Free Shipping - Is available for Orders over $150 within Australia Only. Free Shipping is via our Standard Tracked Signature Upon Delivery Service only. If your order is urgent you will need to choose the Express Option which is a flat fixed rate of $19.95 for Australia.

Live locally? Free Local Pick Up is Available from our warehouse located in Granton, Tasmania. Simply select this option at checkout and you will be notified once your parcel is ready for collection.

The Party Cupboard has partnered with Australia Post eparcel service for both standard and express deliveries.
We offer FREE Standard Tracked Signature Upon Delivery Shipping for all orders over $150 within Australia.
Our Standard Tracked Signature upon delivery fee within Australia is $12.00
Express Tracked Signature upon delivery fee within Australia is $19.95

Order Dispatch:
Orders are picked and dispatched daily from Monday - Friday. Unfortunately Australia Post will not take receipt of orders on Public Holidays therefore no orders are dispatched on such days. We are located in Tasmania, if you need to refer to Public Holiday dates to estimate delivery of your order. We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt, however this is not always possible when taking into account weekends and public holidays. If your order is urgent we advise you select the Express Priority shipping service.
Can I track my order?
You can indeed! When we dispatch your order you will receive two emails. One from us advising your parcel has been dispatched with a shipment number and one from Australia Post containing a tracking ID. You can use this tracking ID provided by Australia Post to track your parcel on their website. http://auspost.com.au/track/
Where do you ship to?
We Ship Australia Wide. We dispatch daily Monday to Friday. Place your order before 12pm AEST to take advantage of this.

Christmas Trading Hours
