We want you to be happy with everything you buy from us. If you are not completely satisfied with any of the goods you purchase, please return them within 14 days of receipt and we will refund you. Please note this policy applies to full priced items only, refunds or exchanges are not permitted on sale items.
We have four rules of returns - returns must be:
- Made within 14 days from receipt of goods.
- Unused and Unopened in their original packaging.
- In the same box you received your item in.
- Presentation of your original receipt as proof of purchase.
To prevent damage in the returns process, please be sure to package the items well.
We will aim to refund your purchase within 7 days of receiving the return.
Refunds are issued through the same transaction method used to make the original purchase.
The Party Cupboard is not liable for the loss of items being returned, we recommended you return your unwanted goods using registered mail.

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, The Party Cupboard will gladly pay the packaging and postage costs for a replacement. All “change of mind” returns must be shipped and handled at the customer's own cost.

Change of mind exchanges and returns:
We do our best to ensure that the image and description on the website are an accurate depiction of the product. If you are still not satisfied, please return the item(s) to us within 7 days of purchase unopened in its original packaging. Once our Quality Control team confirms that the item is in its original condition, a refund will be issued.
All “change of mind” returns must be shipped and handled at the customer's own cost.

Exchanges and refunds for faulty items:
Our Quality Control team try to ensure that all products are of a high quality when they leave the warehouse. In the rare circumstance that your item has a defect or was damaged during delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods for details of how to return your item for an exchange or refund.
Incorrect Delivery Address & Returned Parcels:
In the instance where an incorrect address is provided or a parcel has been returned to The Party Cupboard as undeliverable, a returned parcel fee of $25 will apply.
Can I track my order?
You can indeed! When we dispatch your order you will receive two emails. One from us advising your parcel has been dispatched with a shipment number and one from Australia Post containing a tracking ID. You can use this tracking ID provided by Australia Post to track your parcel on their website. http://auspost.com.au/track/
Where do you ship to?
We Ship Australia Wide. We dispatch daily Monday to Friday. Place your order before 12pm AEST to take advantage of this.
What are your shipping rates?
The Party Cupboard offer FREE Standard Tracked Signature Upon Delivery Shipping for all orders over $150 within Australia. Our Standard Tracked Signature upon delivery fee is $12.00 and our Express Tracked Signature upon delivery fee is $19.95 Australia Wide
Do You Offer Local Pickup?
